Create custom button on the Milestones related list

Hello, 

I am currently working on the Legal Service Delivery module in ServiceNow. 

I do not have much coding experience and I would need some help if someone can guide me on how to fulfil the following technical task:

1.Create a UI action on the Milestones table. The Milestones is a related list on the Legal Matter.

2.Once a Legal Matter (LM) is created, I would need to have a Create Milestones button on the Milestones related list. 

3.The purpose of the UI action is the following: 

-clicking on the Create Milestones, 2 predefined records called Normal Procedure Milestone Plan and  Summary Procedure Milestone Plan should be created.

-Each of these milestone plan records should contain a section called 'Matter description' and in the matter description I should have some values such as: Position Paper, Assigned to, etc. 

-the 2 Milestone Plans should be defined based on the Practice Area selected on the legal matter

Please find an example of the 2 milestone plan records that should be automatically created once clickinf on the Create milestones button, and based on the practice area selected on the legal matter. For example, if practice area = Internal Appeal on the LM , the the 2 milestone plan records should contain these values. (screenshot attached)
