How to configure the creating new record when clicked on UI macro button? this button is presented in related List.

what's your business requirement?

why are you not using the OOB new button shown on related list?

My requirement is when click on "Add process" button it should show the new record form

-->> its is scoped application and the button is presented under the Releted list
