Hi @nbisen

Answer is D.

A single custom Embedded Help page is for a list OR a form. Custom Embedded Help pages can indirectly include a query parameter by using an Embedded Help Qualifier but cannot directly include a query parameter. Custom Embedded Help always opens in the Help pane. Links included in Embedded Help content can be opened in a separate browser window. The ServiceNow configuration option is selected on all baseline Embedded Help records. Developers are not able to select the ServiceNow configuration option.
