Custom Questionnaires and Assessments

Hi All,

 

We have to build risk assessments in ServiceNow to measure the impact of different network events and security incidents. For example, we would want Questionnaires, and based on the user's answers different automation would trigger. We also have a requirement to build assessments for Applications that are being requested, and playbooks for automation. How can we build this in ServiceNow? Would it be developing a module using the App Engine, and a combination of playbooks? Or is this with the Surveys and Assessments feature (i.e. Metric Types)? or is there a better method. Just seems like there must be a way to build a questionnaire and assessments for our Security team.  

 

Please advise. Any thoughts on ways to do this in ServiceNow?
