Creating  a Scheduled job that runs weekly to send a notification to “Assigned to” users of
Problem tickets that are opened before a week are still active can anyone suggest me how to do it ?

since i m at learning stage i have no idea  about  it .

you can run this using scheduled flow.

hi @Ankur Bawiskar  as u said we can create it by scheduled flow can u please define it briefly about i just want to creat it scheduled flow

is it correct if yes could  you pls say  what should we mention in workflow field, ?

or 

we have to create a seperate flow for it .
