Custom Workspace not visible on All Workspace table(sys_aw_master_config)

Hello all,
I have created a custom workspace, but it is not visible in  "sys_aw_master_config" table.
I need this to be in this table so I can create a  renderer record for the custom workspace for the Compose Email to work.
I will appreciate your help.
