I am currently unable to log in to my ServiceNow developer instance at https://dev260581.service-now.com/. We actively use this instance for our development work and am confident that it has not gone into hibernation.
Could you please assist in unlocking our account or let me know the necessary steps to regain access?
I am getting this error even when I enter the correct credentials - "User name or password invalid. To reset your admin password click here. Please note this is different than the credentials used to sign in to the Developer Site."

Hi @stevesmith3
Yep. I too faced this.
There's an unplanned maintenance scheduled for many PDIs. It's completed and now I can access my PDI.
Hope you too access your PDI now.
Regards,
Siva

I don't believe this specific instance went into maintenance. I experienced the maintenance issue on a different instance, which I was able to access, but not on this one.

Hi @stevesmith3
I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @stevesmith3 ,
As you might know, there is no support from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you are on your own for PDI issues. When that said, have you tried logging in through the developer website: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home and press start building?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
