Developer instance is offline

My developer instance is offline.  A message says, "Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance."  Is this specific to my instance, or is the outage broader?

Hi @Jeff W2 ,

As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs from ServiceNow perspective.

The issue that your are facing happens from time to time to us all, but no broader outage at current moment (at least not for me). I will recommend that you just wait till it comes online again - probably tomorrow.

What happens if the instance does not go online after 2 days, is it recommended to create another one?

Thank you!

Yes mate, release it and take a new one.

Hi @Grettel ,

It really depends on how much you have build, if you would like to wait additional time and how much you have installed. It takes time to run up a new instance with all plugins installed, and if you have done a lot of development which is not backed up - then it will be gone for good.
