Error creating first app

I am creating my first app i get this error.

I tired a new App in my PDI and i did not get any error. Seems the same name already exits. You can logout and login.

It is a new PDI and my first app, It doesnt seem to exist. I tried different names too its the same problem. 

I am trying to do the Citizen Course. The app name is Safety.

This is the error I am facing, no matter what name and description I put for the app. 

This is a new instance.
