I made the suggestion a long time ago to have an integration between NowSupport and the client instances (so you can create cases from your own instance and get the updates there as well), but that was not something they were supporting.
I think you will get a call when you start trying to scrape. I would suggest to make your case with ServiceNow why you want this, instead of trying to get it yourself.

Thanks. I agree, scraping is not recommended. However its strange that there's no standard API available.

Not my area - just weighing in here... API not being available is usually a good case for RPA. Theoretically, you could do this with ServiceNow RPA and the Support site, but I would not recommend it.
