This is the script I have used for assigning group in workflow but it's not working for flow .

try using this script might work..

var task = fd_data.trigger.current;

var requester = new GlideRecord('sys_user');
if (requester.get(task.request_item.requested_for)) {

    var location = new GlideRecord('cmn_location');
    if (location.get(requester.location)) {

        task.assignment_group = location.u_it_fulfillment_group;
    }
}
