Hi everyone,

I’m working in Configurable Workspace (CSM/FSM) and trying to customize a related list.

Requirement:
In a related list (Opportunity Documents), under a column (e.g., “Updated”), when clicking the 3-dot menu, I see default options like:

• Show Matching

• Filter Out

I want to add a new custom option below "Filter Out" in the same dropdown menu.

What I have tried:

• Created UI Actions → not appearing in Workspace list menu

• Checked UI Builder → couldn’t find a direct way to extend this menu

• Explored list controls and configurations → no success

Questions:

1. Is it possible to add a custom action in this column context menu in Workspace?

2. If yes, what is the recommended approach? (UI Builder / Script / Component customization?)

3. If not directly possible, what is the best alternative approach to achieve similar functionality?

Additional Info:

• Workspace: CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace

• Requirement is specific to Workspace (not Classic UI)
