How do you release a ServiceNow PDI?

I have been told to release my PDI because it has technical issues.  I have backed it up to github.  But all the instructions as to how to release it are incorrect.  I see nowhere to do this.  How is this done?

Hello Fbs,

Try the following:
1. Log on https://developers.serviceNow.com/dev.do
2. Click on your avatar top right -> Release instance

Yes that did it -- thank you.  But of course, now I don't see a way to restore it.  I backed it up to GitHub the other day, but I see no way to restore.  And then I read that restore capability was removed in December 22.  I also saw that supposedly they back up an instance when you release it, but I don't see any evidence of that.  So I don't know how to restore it.  The documentation on this tells me things that I am just not seeing.

But now I want to restore my instance -- ServiceNow had forced me to release it.  So, I backed it up to GitHub.  I have a URL, a token, etc.  So, I got a new PDI ,and I went to restore it.  I went to System Apps->Studio and chose Import Application.  I give it my github URL, but for Credential, it always says No Match.  It doesn't matter if I try to enter anything or not.  So, I can't get past this dialog.  I do have a token from GitHub, but it seems to mean nothing.  How can I restore my old PDI?  Thanks
