We are facing a UI issue in the ServiceNow ESC portal header/profile section on desktop view. The user name displayed in the header is breaking incorrectly across multiple lines, with the text splitting mid-word instead of wrapping or displaying cleanly. This causes inconsistent and unpolished UI behavior, especially for longer user names. The expected behavior is that the user name should remain on a single line wherever space allows, and if the available space is limited, it should gracefully truncate (for example, using ellipsis) rather than breaking mid-word.
