How many steps can be on in one action

Does anybody know how many steps can be in one action? (see screenshot)

Maximum Actions is set to 50 OOTB and controlled by System Property: sn_flow_designer.max_actions

Maximum Steps in an Action is set to 20 OOTB and controlled by System Property: sn_flow_designer.max_action_steps

It is not recommended to exceed these limits,but you can if your business case has no other option, but be careful.
