How ServiceNow Delegates work

In ServiceNow, Delegated Approvers cant see approval records in ServiceNow . They will get approval notfiications and they can approve the records from emails. Is there any option to view approval records in ServiceNow for delegated approvers( not original approver). Please help.

Check your customizations, because when I watch it on my OOB instance, the 'my approvals' widget on the portal shows the approvals of someone who I am delegate to.
You do need to make sure the delegate(s) have the correct roles to see the records, though. If they can't access any approval record, they also won't be able to see the ones from the people they are delegates of.

Same applies: OOB this is available for delegates, given that they have the correct roles to do so. Check your customizations.
