How to add a download icon in the list view of a table?

Hi Community,

I have a requirement wherein I have to add a download icon to all the rows in the "incident" listing.

Like the image listed below,

On clicking this icon, I should be able to download the corresponding document, any help on how to achieve this is appreciated!

While using this i could get the icon upon clicking the icon it should download the attachments
