Hi @pavithraptr ,

You can utilize declarative actions to add buttons to workspaces, however there are different types of declarative action depending on where you want to show button.

Please provide more details on where you want to add the button and what is the use case?

Thanks

Anand

I need to add New button after exit mode edit on right corner. as its workspace dashbaord i am unable to do it through UI action. In UI builder aswell i am unable to add ButtonNew button.png

Hi @pavithraptr ,

This is a dashboard. I don't think this is editable.

You should not edit this as this is OOB and the same functionality is used to build other dashboards, even if you add a new button it will be visible to all other dashboards when someone edit that.

And the next time ServiceNow added some new changes to this the changes will be skipped.

If you want to create a new record use the + icon available after tab, you can configure that to add functionality to create new records.

Thanks

Anand
