How to bring "Additional comments in template"

Hi

Suppose, in a particular template ,when I select the table as "incident" then in the "template" field I want to see the "additional comments" fields.

basically this is not possible as "Additional comments" are not part of any table but are kept in an individual table. On a form you enable entering additional comments via placing a formatter. However this is part of the form layout and cannot be configured via templates.

So the real question is: WHY do you need this for a template? Please describe first the requirement and then ask for a special solution.

Hi Maik, sorry but work notes IS included in the templates (also, not a field in the common sense) hence why should it not be possible to see additional comments?
