How to configure a simple list in workspace

I have a workspace:

If I click in any of the bars of a graphic, A new tab with a list of records based on clicked item will open.

I need to configure that opened list in a way that there is a default column formating for every person that opens this workspace.

I try to configure in diferent places, but not worked.

Goto Configure page > List settings.

In the Columns you can change.
