Hi,
We are having a OOTB "UnauthorizedChangeRequestSNC"
I wanted to know from where it is getting called (any Business Rule, client script) , and also how it used to work.

Thanks & Regards
Utsav

Hi Utsav,

Have you looked into you Unauthorized change properties (change >administraction) as this is where you might have enabled the event (ci.change.unplanned) and specified the CI ?

Cheers,

Mark

Hi @Community Alums

As @Mark C_  also updated but if you go more in deep

UnAuth change work mainly with Discovery ( as recommended by SN as well)

If you create change manually then it may not go as OOTB.
