I wanted to setup the connection on my PDI so that whenever I trigger a mail to servicenow mail-ID then, email inbound action should work.Currently, I am not seeing any record on "Email Account" table.

Hence, I want to setup the configuration, so that it should work.

Hi @UTSAV KUMAR JAI

Please note that sending and receiving emails in PDIs was disabled back in 2022: https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/sending-emails-from-pdis/

You can set up the email Account in PDI with Gmail server but that will bring your email in PDI and which I not recommended. The workaround if you would still like to do this can be located here: https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/solution-how-to-configure-email-account-in-serv...

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Hi @UTSAV KUMAR JAI

Emails in a PDI are restricted due to security issues, so they’re not available out of the box. You can follow this link and configure the email service in your PDI.
