How to redesign ServiceNow Portal.

I want to redesign ServiceNow Portal. I want to change theme, bg color , and Highlight the text if we hover over a text. And i need to change the color for the table as well and the bg color of the table heading.

@divyal09 In your application navigator, look for Service Portal Configuration.

You will be taken to the following page.

Choose Branding Editor

Choose Theme color tab and change the color settings based on your design theme.
