How to Validate Dropdown Values from an Employee Center Form Using ServiceNow ATF

Hi Community,

I have a form in ServiceNow Employee Center that contains a dropdown (reference) field with multiple options.

I need to validate that all the expected options are correctly displayed in the dropdown, exactly as a user would see them in the UI, before setting any value through ATF.

I have already tried using Validate Variable Values (SP) and a few other ATF steps, but they do not seem to work for this scenario.

Could you please let me know:

• Is there any ATF step or supported approach to validate all dropdown values in Employee Center?

• Or is a custom ATF test step required for this use case?

Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
