there is some query business rule on incident, catalog task table and it is being blocked by some field level ACL on that table

the fields to look for are type, opened_by, active and published_ref

Is that error coming for admins as well?

Did you check the ACLs on that table and field level READ ACL for the fields I mentioned?

Also check the query BR on those tables

Please fix the ACL part and it will work fine

I am not sure this work or not, but try to repair the plugins. Some time few plugins create these kind of issues.
