In problem form, How to make Assigned to field non-mandatory ?

While Clicking on the Assess button in problem form Assigned to field is getting mandatory. I want to make that as non-mandatory. How to do that ?

There is a data policy that is responsible to make this mandatory.

the UI action is calling a UI page and within that Assigned to is mandatory

did you check the UI page code?

It could be possible that the UI action opens up a particular problem view and in that view the Assigned to is mandatory

Please check that UI policy and ensure you handle it correctly
