Hi,
I have a question about the list displayed from the Service column of the Incident table.
I would like to sort by the Name column automatically, rather than manually.
Please tell me how to sort.
Thanks.

Hi @Tsunemasa Matsu ,
Have you checked "ref_ac_order_by" dictionary attribute. Please go through this doc and try.
If my answer helps then please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
Thanks,
Utpal

Hello @Tsunemasa Matsu ,
You can simply add ORDERBYname in the Advanced Reference Qualifier.
This will ensure that all records in the reference lookup are automatically sorted by the Name field.
javascript: 'active=true^ORDERBYname'
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
Regards,
Aditya,
