In which, based on individual user criteria mentioned on each records, it should populate.

As of now, not able to follow for what you are looking at creating the audiences for?

Suppose, I am having a custom table which contains total of 100 records.

And, assume that  I have created a field in that table...something like..."criteria Validation".

Now, I want that if logged-in user clarify the user criteria under the criteria Validation , then only the record should be visible to users.
