Need to apply user criteria on a record

I have created a custom table, in which i have created some records...20 records.
In the table I have created a reference field, (user_criteria)

Now, here I want that based on the "Criteria Validation" the record should be visible..

Is that feasible..??

Hi @Utsav JAISWAL ,

User Criteria basically on KB/Knowledge articles and Catalog items.

Use ACLs for your access control.
