Once, we are Implementing the DPM (Digital portfolio Management) in my instance is there any impact on CMDB functionality.. on the instance??

What exactly are you worried about? If you go through the docs, you will see that it uses CI's. You are managing and maintaining services from there. But it's not clear from your question what your concern is? Can you elaborate?

Actually, I have enabled the DPM plugin in our lower instance. I wanted to check...if this will affect any existing CMDB functionality in our functionality...or what are the steps to verify this..
