In Idea Management, I need that all idea Manager can edit the category of the Idea Record

Under Idea management, I need to give access to idea manager that once the idea record is submitted by end user
The Idea Manager can edit the categories under idea record.

Create ACL , write type on idea table - category as field.

and mention role - which you gave to idea manager.
