I want to display a portal created in App Engine Studio for external users.

Our team is currently creating a portal in App Engine Studio that we assume will be used by external users.
We are experiencing one problem with this portal and would like to know how to address it.

■ Objective
We want to allow external users (i.e., users with the role "snc_external") to use various pages of the portal.

■Problem
External users can open the portal's landing page, but cannot view the various components such as "Single Score" or "List - Simple" (see image in attachment)

■What we have already addressed
In App Engine Studio, grant ACLs to external roles regarding portal usage and reading/writing various tables.

In App Engine Studio. [Add Experience] > [Portal], there is a description "Deliver apps to your employees or customers using a modern, easy to use portal".
Customers should be included in the definition of external users, but is the only way to actually create a portal for customers the same way as before, e.g. [Service portal] > [Service Portal Configuration]?
Is there any other way to create a portal for customers in App Engine Studio?

the official statement of ServiceNow is that the Service Portal is still the best choice to create a customer facing portal. So don't waste your time and money to create something similar powerful in the AES.
