integrationhub pool showing incorrect licensing subscriptioon

Does someone know why in a customer's PROD environment when looking in their subscription - IntegrationHub Pool, the Metrics table in the subscription line item shows that Jira Spoke belongs to IntegrationHub Starter Transactions?
I definitely know that Jira Spoke has been in IH Pro since Tokyo, but it's visible to the customers and seems to be in the starter transactions subscription. 
Is this a Bug that confuses our customers, or is there another way a customer can see that Jira spoke in fact belongs to IH Pro subscription?
