Is it possible to make the fields in language and region read only and if so how exactly

I want to know is this doable to make the fields (date and time format, timezone, and language) read only under the language and region section when I click on the user's preferences as for my client requirement, they do not want the user to change their language they are assigned to. If this is doable explain how exactly it is to be done to make these three fields read only . See screenshot attached

I noticed you’ve asked the same question three times, mentioning the client’s need. However, it’s important to understand the purpose of these options. Adding these options provides benefits to the user, and since it’s personalized, no other users will be impacted. It’s better to keep it as is and avoid excessive customization
