Large spike in app engine subscriptions over 1 month

Hello, i see from may to june 2025 we went up over 2k in users with app engine sub. How can i see what caused this? right now 100% of our users have app engine sub wich should not be the case.

If it does not work,  check with your Servicenow Account representative who will help you  how the count is high.
