MY PDI SHOWS OFFLINE

Hi, 

 

I was using my personal developer instance yesterday night, and this morning when I woke up it is telling me its under maintainance

Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable.

If service does not restore promptly, please file an incident in the ServiceNow online Support Portal or contact Customer Support via phone.

 

I try to refresh and wait for sometime but still does not seems to wok, Is there any solution for this. I have a lot of data in it and don't want to lose it. 

 

How can I restore it and I don't even see any support or feedback option to contact them. Please If any one can help?

Hi @AyeshaF ,

 

Please go through the below support article where servicenow team has mentioned to wait for the maintenance period to pass and if the pdi still not accessible  then you can raise Hi case  or call servicenow support,

Sorry to hear!

 

Don't get me wrong, though posting your question here won't do anything. We all can't help you at all. As you might already know, PDIs come without any form of support. 

 

As always:

Be aware, PDIs can always suddenly without any notice drop. So always backup your work.

Hi @AyeshaF ,

 

as you might know, there are no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

 

  • wait, it should come online after some time.
  • when you get tired of waiting or instance is reclaimed, release your instance and request a fresh installation. It’s not possible to do a restore from old instance.
