New Registered Application

I accessed the Registered Applications scree within SNoW and I pressed the New button to start the creation of a new application ID.  I entered a number of the mandatory fields and then pressed Save.  I received an error message and then SNoW crashed on me.  I repeated the steps above but now when I click Submit it says that an application with that name already exists.  I searched the Registered Applications tab and cannot find the one I first created.  Anyone have any ideas on where i can find the application that is obviously stuck in process somewhere?

SNOW can crash but ServiceNow never, just to add it is SN or ServiceNow, not SNOW. \ Please share some screenshots to understand more and help you.
