Custom notifications that I ahve created is working on native when I add additional comments on native on RITM but from workspace if I add comments under compose section ON RITM it is not triggering,  I want the notification to be triggered from native as well as from workspace need help on this

This will likely only trigger when the record is updated. Within workspace, you'll likely see different behaviour depending on whether the user selects the 'post comment' button vs the save button

@ShaziyaS1041050 As far as notifications are concerned, they are not dependent on workspace or native.

Now you might be triggering an event to send the notification and that event is not getting triggered from workspace.

Please share the details of notification, trigger details etc.

@ShaziyaS1041050 Remove Activity changes, that condition is not required.

Also check who to send. Is the “send to event creator” checked?

Also recipient should have a valid email address.
