Now agent app -> Additional comments fields when on hold reason is awaiting user.

When user tries to change the state of the incident, selecting the state as on hold. User is able to see the on hold reason field with on hold reason. But when he selects the on hold reason as awaiting user , the additional comments fields is not visible. I have written mobile rules for both the fields.
Can you provide info why I am unable to get additional comments field.
