PDI - Offline

Hi,

 

My PDI is down for a while. is anybody else facing the same issue ?

 

Please let me know if there are any solution. 

 

1. Tried looking for "Give Feedback", not visible anywhere in the page.

@Vigneshraja Unfortunately, except waiting nothing much can be done in this case. ServiceNow support no longer provides support on the personal development instances. If the instance continues to remain in offline mode then I recommend applying for a fresh instance.

Hi @Vigneshraja 

 

 

 As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

 

  • wait, it should come online after some time.
  • release the instance and request a fresh installation. (Will only recommend this iif nothing happens within a couple of days.
