Pending catalog task not visible in "My Task" on ESC Portal

Hi Everyone,

I’m unable to see the pending catalog tasks (where the catalog task state is 'Open') associated with the logged-in user in the 'My Tasks' section on the ESC portal. How can this be fixed?
