I tried in my PDI and unfortunately, there is no easy way to add the required fields in PIR. It is a workbench and no way to make changes in this.

Does this same configuration apply to Major Incidents?  I need to configure the Major Incident Post Incident Review reports but there aren't any options to add timeline events unless you manually type them into a blank text box.

Not sure if you are still interested but I found out if you flag the notes they get added to the timeline
