if 'Worknotes' and 'Actions taken', short description, assigned to can be displayed on the timeline in PIR of major incident on the service operations workspace.

I tried in my PDI and unfortunately, there is no easy way to add the required fields in PIR. It is a workbench and no way to make changes in this.
