On the home page, go to the Instance Management widget and select Manage > Activate plugin.
On the window, locate the PPM plugin to activate.
Next to the plugin listing, select Activate
Are you getting any error while following above steps..? If you cannot install this way, follow the way Sandeep mentioned through Instance plugins module
