it seems that the URL path leads to nowhere.. how did you get there? was it redirection from some location or do you know?

You can go to the AES by navigating to this:

https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/appenginestudio/home

If it is used to working and recently stop working like post upgrade , then will suggest to go for Plugin Repair.

Open  studio from

2) or use url

  …...com/now/servicenow-studio/home

3) clear cache using cache.do

4)check plugin is activated or not
