Record saving automatically without filling mandatory

Hi,

Sometimes the record is getting saved automatically without filling in the mandatory fields, even though the save button is not clicked.

There are no flows or scripts attached to the table.

Any thoughts on why it may be happening?

It's a simple record. Where the user creates it.
