Related Search results are not working for some knowledge article under incident form

Actually, when I am searching with the kb number on the related search results under the incident form. I am not getting the knowledge article searched.

Now, when  I am searching some other kb article with number it is showing on the search.
We have all checked the meta data for both the knowledge article also both kb are in published state.

So, what can be the potential that it is not searching for one kb??

Underlying issue usually relates to text indexing, search context conditions, or the article's "Valid to" date.

 

1. Refer : https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/knowledge-base-search-not-returning-any-results...

  • Navigate to System Definition > Dictionary.
  • Open the dictionary entry for the table (kb_knowledge).
  • Click the Generate Text Index related link and click OK.

OR

Navigate to System Definition > Dictionary

Under the kb_knowledge table the state was Not Started.

Click on the table and then under Related Links> Regenerate Text Index.

2. Open the Knowledge Article form and set the Valid to field to a future date. Save and check the incident form's search again
