i am getting mis-match in number of records when i switch between group by state & assignment group.

 

when i group by state, i am getting 538 records and when i group by assignment group i got 368 records in a report.

i am not understanding why all the values are not visible in the list, can some one please help me on this

Hi @NIRANJANAH ,

 

Empty assignment groups records will get filtered out from the report if it's grouped by assignment group. Please check in the list view if there are records with empty assignment groups in your instance.

Agree with @NavinAgarwal 

 

The state field never be empty where the group field can be empty. Try the same report at list view you get some more idea.
