REST API trigger not available in the flow designer

REST API trigger not available in the flow designer, I tried by activating "ServiceNow IntegrationHub Enterprise Pack Installer" plugin as well. Still, not getting REST API option to trigger a flow.

Activating that plugin should do the trick according to this article

But if you still don't see it, I would suggest opening a case with Support in case they need to activate something on their end.
