Restrict Employee Center Taxonomy Portal Access by Group While Allowing Workspace Access for Another

Hi everyone,

I have the following requirement in Employee Center:

  • Central Security Desk group users should only have access to the Health and Safety taxonomy/topic pages in Employee Center (/esc).
  • Legal group users should only have access to the Legal Workspace and must not be able to access the Health and Safety portal/taxonomy pages in Employee Center.

I'm looking for the recommended approach to achieve this.

Specifically:

  1. How can I restrict access to a specific Employee Center taxonomy/topic so that only members of the Central Security Desk group can view it?
  2. How can I prevent the Legal group from accessing the Employee Center Health and Safety portal while still allowing them to access the Legal Workspace?
  3. Should this be implemented using User Criteria, roles, ACLs, Experience access, or another recommended mechanism?

Any guidance or best practices for implementing this access model would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi @SatyamS81441163 ,

Go to Topic you want to restrict and check the "Enable user criteria check" . then available for and not available for fields display in that user criteria can be selected.
