Rich text formatting not coming in post translation in chinese language

Hello Team, 

I'm facing an issue with rich text in the record producer. We provided the source code format for the rich text, but during translation the exact source code format is not preserved. Even when we input the source code directly, it doesn’t render or retain the format as expected.

Hi,

The rich text formatting isn’t preserved in Chinese because the translation process likely strips or mishandles the HTML/CSS styles.

Try these:

  1. Ensure UTF-8 encoding is used.

  2. Use simple inline styles instead of complex formatting.

  3. Check that supported HTML tags are used.

  4. Test small text pieces to see what breaks.

  5. Review ServiceNow docs for any translation limittations.
